Health is often thought to be expensive and high maintenance but that’s not the case, our ancestors were relatively we’re healthy and lived longer than most people now. Proper hygiene and some simple clean habits are enough to stay healthy and fit.

Hydration is very important to stay healthy. Human beings are composed 70% of water. It is very important to take clean water. Water that is not clean can carry a lot of microorganisms and diseases with it. Using different kinds of filtration or boiling is important. People usually forget to take enough water throughout the day, it is important to carry a water bottle with you wherever you go.

  • Balance Diet

You are what you eat. A balanced diet is about eating the right amount of carbs, vitamins, proteins, and minerals. While natural food is better than processed food. It is important to stay away from alcohol and smoking and any kind of intoxication.
